Custom made Marriage Certificates may be ordered for an additional fee. This fee depends on which certificate that you choose. Upon request, I can send you sample certificates along with specific pricing. In most cases, it is best to order the certificate at least 4 weeks in advance as some may take longer to produce than others. Fees for the certificate is payable in advance is NON refundable. I can only accept a local personal check (check must clear before I can place the order, therefore allow additional time) or cash as payment.

You may request special services such as a Candle Ceremony (beautiful for an evening wedding), a Rose Ceremony (especially nice if you are including step-children, each may participate), or even a Sand Ceremony (perfect for a beach wedding). These ceremonies are more personal and reflect one's own traditions and feelings. I can provide the verbiage in whole or in part and/or (except what is required for me to say by Florida Law) you may substitute your own personal verbiage into any of the ceremonies that you wish. Due to their complexity, these special ceremonies require an additional fee of approximately $40, depending on exactly how detailed you wish it to be. If you are unsure, I have web links that I can provide to you that may assist with your decision and provide examples and ideas. These additional ceremonies can be a wonderful, personal and memorable touch to your special day. Please see the links below for some ideas and additional information on vows and ceremony planning. |

You must provide your own 'props' (Candle, Rose, Sand containers, etc.) and notify me ahead of time of your desire to include this as part of your ceremony so that I can prepare the necessary verbiage and incorporate it into the ceremony properly. I would be happy to assist you with any advice and information that may help you in making your decisions about these issues. I can give you ideas on where to get these items also, or how to create them on a budget as well... We are fortunate here in Florida to be able to create a beautiful sunset wedding on a really small budget.. |

The travel fee, should you desire me to perform the ceremony at your location, includes 1 pre-wedding trip to a location of your choice (within 25 miles) to rehearse the ceremony. Additional visits will require additional fees, so please be prepared. Upon arrival we will go over your vows, where everyone in the wedding party should be standing, etc. and the general flow of how the ceremony should go. We don't need each and every person involved to attend this meeting but the bride, the groom and anyone who is KEY to the ceremony (children if there is a special ceremony involving them, someone who is walking the bride and how she will be 'handed' to the groom, etc.) |

I encourage you correspond with me via phone and or email with your wishes. This will ensure that you are prepared when it is time for rehearsal and therefore, you will not incur any additional fee for travel. |
Notary fee's for services rendered (see fee schedule below) are set and governed by the State of Florida. Prices quoted include mobile services and additional other fees (time and personal services of the notary), in addition to these set fees.
I am available after 6pm Monday through Friday, 8am till 10pm Saturday and 8am till Sunset on Sunday's.
Generally, within 25 miles the travel fee is $60, which includes 1 pre-ceremony rehearsal meeting. Please be prepared to allow approximately 1 hour for this meeting, though it may not always take that long.
Beyond 25 miles there will be an additional $2 per mile in addition to the $60 travel fee.
Additional fees will be negotiated in advance and agreed upon in writing.

Regarding dress, I will dress appropriately for your function, ie. formal, casual or somewhere in between, you just need to let me know. However if you wish me to wear something very specific you may need to provide the attire if I do not already have something that fits your needs.
